01 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is placed.
02 Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across Pakistan.
- International shipping is available for selected regions (primarily the USA) and may be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and regulations.
03 Delivery Time

04 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Verdent may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
05 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across Pakistan.
- Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
06 Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
- Customers can track their orders through the courier partner’s website.
07 Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- If the order is returned to Verdent, re-shipping charges may apply.
08 Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include clear photos of the package and products.
- Verdent reserves the right to investigate before processing replacements.
09 Service Availability
Our services are subject to product availability. Verdent reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
10 Compliance & Payments
- All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws and regulations, including guidelines by the State Bank of Pakistan.
