At Verdent, we take pride in offering premium-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Every claim is reviewed personally. Every decision is made with care.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
The product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (including box and seal)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Allergic reactions or personal preference issues
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only processed after verification of the claim.
- If approved, you may choose:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund of the paid amount
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
- For online payments, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (where applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear images or videos of the issue
- Our team will review and guide you on the next steps
Verdent may arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back, depending on location.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end
- In case of unjustified returns, delivery and handling charges may be deducted
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy

This policy is structured in accordance with applicable eCommerce practices in Pakistan and financial regulations under the State Bank of Pakistan.
