How long does delivery take within Pakistan?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. We ship from Lahore via tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we currently ship to the UAE and UK, with delivery in 5–10 business days. International orders above a minimum threshold qualify for free shipping. Contact us for other destinations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at hello@verdent.shop with your order number.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All Verdent formulations are dermatologically tested and free from parabens, sulphates, and artificial fragrance. We recommend a patch test before first use. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Can I become a stockist or wholesale partner?
We work with select retail partners in Pakistan, the UAE, and the UK. If you're interested in stocking Verdent, please email trade@verdent.shop with details about your business.
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
Every Verdent ingredient is fully traceable to its source. We work directly with suppliers we've visited and vetted personally. No ingredient enters our formulations without known origin and ethical handling.
